Meet The Founder

ALEX ROGERS

Alex Rogers is the founder and CEO of CharTec, the channel’s leading provider of total business consulting and training in sales, operations, marketing, finance/accounting and HR. Rogers has successfully helped to transform over 1,200 MSPs and IT Service providers across the globe since launching the company in 2009. A revolutionary thinker and Master IT sales expert, Alex consistently fills seats at any event for his stirring trainings on sales strategies and tactics that completely turn around close ratios and build multi-million dollar businesses.

Before CharTec, Alex saw what the channel was missing: someone that could teach people how to really sell managed services. Using his experience as CEO of multi-million dollar MSP, ARRC Technology, the award-winning practice he founded in 1992 with a $300 investment, he developed CharTec to assist IT service providers with providing and selling equipment under the HaaS model. Since then, CharTec has grown to be the largest MSP training facility in North America focusing on sales, marketing, operations, and culture. Alex has been recognized in the industry as a three time CRN Channel Chief, the Best Breakout at IT Nation, and Bull’s Eye’s Innovator of the Year.

Nick Points is the epitome of a real “go-getter.” Born and raised in California, his aggressive yet inviting demeanor and vast degree of experience within the technology sector is the ideal concoction of a sales guru and business trendsetter. For these reasons, Nick was recruited by CEO, Alex Rogers, and shortly transformed into CharTec’s Director of Sales—redefining the notion of Sales Leadership.

Points’ sales education methodology has helped shape a CharTec account management and sales team of impressive magnitudes. He specializes in preparing, coaching and educating sales professionals across the globe.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from San Diego State University and has over 14 years’ experience in the IT Sales Industry. Nick is now the VP of CharTec.

BRANDI ROGERS

Brandi Rogers is a woman of many talents. Not only is she the Marketing Director of CharTec, LLC, but she is also the creator and owner of Brandi Lenore, a professional styling company. What’s more, Brandi has a proven track record of success in a variety of fields. For example, she spent 5 years as a Branch Platform Manager for the Bank of America, managing a sales team. And before that, she worked as the operations manager for Cenegenics, a high-end health services provider in Beverly Hills. In both positions, Brandi demonstrated her ability to lead and motivate others to achieve results, especially in Marketing. Brandi is a true asset to the CharTec team and an inspiration to all who know her.

JOSH GOSSETT

CoreTech CEO

Josh Gossett, C.E.O., and Co-Founder of CoreTech in Bowling Green Kentucky has been in the IT industry for 20 years and owned his own MSP since 2006. He started as a small break/fix shop in “nowheresville” Kentucky and grew it to the multimillion dollar fully managed IT and cyber security services company it is today after converting from residential and break/fix services in 2011.

Josh’s company CoreTech is truly a “product of training and execution”. He’s taken time to truly excel by practicing what his mentor, the legendary Alex Rogers has taught him all he knows. As the movie goes… the student has become the master! Alex and CharTec helped him to create the company he has today.

Over the last few years, Josh has been helping in the channel as a trainer and coach and actively selling, closing, and smashing objections! As well as providing business development for his MSP and others! Josh has a background in public speaking as a decade-long member and past Regional Leader within Toastmasters International, is part of The John Maxwell Team, and is also a TTI Success Insight certified DISC consultant Josh brings that experience and knowledge into CharTec!

In addition to all of this, Josh is also directly responsible for the success and accountability of dozens of MSPs within the CharTec family and across the industry helping to consult them on selling, closing, marketing, and prospecting strategies for their MSPs.

Later in his journey, Dan assumed the role of President at ConnectSMART, where he harnessed his deep MSP experience to drive the company forward. After working in Hollywood, on Independent Films, and as a Script Doctor, Eric entered the marketing industry in 2019 and immediately became the most sought-after AD Producer in his region; becoming an expert in all form of video & digital marketing, even producing a Superbowl Commercial. Now as CharTec’s Video Content & Platform Director, Eric has been mastering the art of industry-specific marketing for Managed Service Providers.

Adam Kerrigan - M&A Director Intelligent Technical Solutions

A CharTec Sales Lab graduate, Adam Kerrigan began his Las Vegas-based MSP, EndevTec, in 2009. After building a collaborative relationship with a local competitor, Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), Adam partnered in 2018 when his MSP was acquired. Using sales principles he learned at CharTec, Adam became the top producing salesperson for three years and launched a Telemarketing Department for ITS. In 2021, Adam was asked to create and lead a new Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Division.
