1. What should I wear?
Attire for ACADEMY is casual, but if you feel more comfortable in business casual, feel free. The weather in Bakersfield is warm most of the time, but our training facility can get extremely chilly. Our A/C works too well so bring a sweater or jacket to our facility in case you get cold in the training room.
2. What should I bring?
A positive attitude! And also a laptop to take notes, writing utensils to mark-up the workbook, and whatever other items you may need to be out-of-the-office.
3. Can I work from a private area if need be?
Yep! We totally understand that work doesn’t stop because you’re out in California, learning how to better your business. We have several conference rooms available if you need a quiet space to get some work done or to put out fires back home. Just let us know and we’ll set you up.
4. Will there be food?
Yes. We will feed you breakfast, lunch, and dinner/hors d’oeuvres on Days 1 and 2. We have small breakfast items in the morning, like pastries, coffee, and juice. On day three you’ll get breakfast.
