Sophos and CharTec announce a partnership, which will enable CharTec Partners to exclusively offer their clients Sophos’complete security solutions as part of their MSP offering. With Sophos, MSPs can better ensure their clients’ networks are secure; moreover, the value offered by Sophos’ products will increase the MSP’s credibility among clients and partners. CharTec’s sister company and largest Partner, ARRC Technology, a multi-million dollar, Master MSP, which has been listed four times as one of Inc. 5000’s fastest growing companies, has begun transitioning all of their Managed Service clients over to Sophos.
Because security is a critical part of a network infrastructure, ARRC Technology has made implementing a security solution a requirement in their Managed Service Agreements. After extensively testing the Sophos Unified Threat Management (UTM) solution, ARRC Technology selected Sophos as its exclusive security solutions provider for all clients. Additionally, whatever ARRC decides is the best for its MSP, CharTec makes available for their Partner’s to add to their own Managed Service offering, enabling them to provide the best to their clients.
“Sophos provides us all of the necessary security services to protect ARRC’s clients’ networks, and helps us ensure a secure network for their mobile devices,” said Shane Swanson, COO, ARRC and CharTec. “Sophos is synonymous with great security, and our clients realize the value Sophos products add to any Managed Service offering—complete security from a trusted vendor.”
Swanson continued: “Any new vendor relationship for us must be a true partnership and it was clear from day one that Sophos shared this sentiment. Additionally, the new Sophos Partner Program gives us cutting-edge solutions, coupled with training programs. Sophos has taken the time to understand our business model so we can adapt their product lines that best suit our clients’ and Partners’ needs.”
“As we continue to expand our MSP initiatives, we’re excited to have partners like CharTec with a deep understanding of technology and security as well as a commitment to developing a lasting and beneficial partnership,” said Emmanuelle Skala, vice president, global channels, Sophos. “This relationship with CharTec will extend our reach into the MSP market while helping expand CharTec’s business to new industries and geographies. This is exactly what our Partner Program is about, creating opportunities for our partners so they can grow and working together to create profitable revenue streams.”
