What is Virtual Immersion?
Virtual Immersion is a 1-day online event designed to prepare MSPs for success by offering a carefully designed agenda that will give you all the pieces you need to design, implement and track your 2025 goals.

Virtual Immersion is for all MSP leaders, managers, and teams.
Is this event free?
Yes! This event is 100% free.
When is Virtual Immersion?
Virtual Immersion will take place on Dec. 10, 2024, with sessions beginning at 9:00am Eastern/6:00am Pacific. Sessions will take place all day, wrapping up at 7:00pm Eastern/5:00pm Pacific.
How do I join the sessions?
All sessions will be hosted on Zoom. Once you have registered for Virtual Immersion, you will receive an email with information on how to join the sessions. You will also receive calendar event invitations, sessions reminders, and other key information via email. You can opt to attend all day or join only the session(s) that appeal to you.
How do I get support if I have issues accessing the sessions?
If you do not receive emails from Zoom or have trouble accessing the sessions for any reason, please reach out to the CharTec Marketing Team at marketing@chartec.net and we will assist you.
How do I network with other attendees?
There will be a chat feature that you can use to interact with fellow attendees. You can also use this chat to ask questions to the presenters, although all questions will be held until the Q&A portion of the session.
Will I get access to recordings afterward?
Yes, sort of: We are offering what we call “Earned On-Demand”. You must attend Virtual Academy for at least 30 minutes to receive the recordings. Here’s why: Replays are where momentum dies. We not only want to keep this event interactive and engaging (which you can only do when you pack the house), but we also want to make sure you actually get the content you need. The reality is 2026 isn’t going to wait for any of us.
