October 6–8, 2026 (Pacific Time) Pre-day AI Workshop October 5, 2026
Arrival
Plan to arrive by October 5th. The Microsoft Copilot Workshop begins at 1:00 PM PT on October 6th. Breakfast begins at 7:00 AM PT, and Academy sessions start promptly at 8:00 AM PT.
Departure
Academy concludes on October 8. We recommend departing the following morning to enjoy the full Academy experience. If your schedule allows, consider staying an extra day to explore Bakersfield or arrange additional time to observe operations inside ARRC Technology.

Bakersfield Meadows Field Airport (BFL) is the closest airport to CharTec, served by United and American Airlines. Open an incognito browser window, search Google Flights for your preferred route, then book directly through the airline. If you're near Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Dallas, Salt Lake City, or Phoenix, you may find direct flight options into Bakersfield.
