CharTec Immersion – Harrisburg fostered deep learning, new connections, and a whole lot of fun.

We don’t take CharTec trainings on the road very often. We have good reason for this: It’s important to us that MSPs bring their staff in-house.

Here at our headquarters, MSPs are steeped in our trainings, our culture, our environment. Attendees mingle with not just CharTec’s team, but also our MSP, ARRC Technology’s team. That’s a massive component of the experience that you just can’t take on-location, as hard as we may try.

That said, there’s tremendous value in going on-location in general and to Harrisburg, PA specifically.

First and foremost, it isn’t always easy to step away from your business to participate in a multi-day training. And Bakersfield, CA isn’t the easiest town to get to for some. We understand that.

We have so many CharTec members in the Eastern half of the country that can’t always make it to Academy in Bakersfield, and we were so thrilled that we could bring our training to them.

It was incredible to connect (and reconnect) with so many.

In addition, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue and partner in D&H Distributing. Their incredible facilities and hospitality really made the experience feel like a home away from home.

Immersion has taken on a shape of its own.

Chock-full of our most pivotal trainings in sales, marketing, operations and more, Immersion features our most essential “greatest hits” for a reason—they get results. We bring in only the vendors we’d feel good about recommending to our best friend. And there’s a lot of inspiration and creativity to be gleaned from being out of your element in a new city.

Harrisburg was our most successful on-location event to date and San Diego Immersion is primed to be even better.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • We got to spend time with so many legacy members that we hadn’t seen in a long time and welcomed many new MSPs that had never experienced a CharTec training before. We love that so many of you keep coming back to our events–it means the world to us. We hope you all get as much out of it as we do!
  • Josh Gossett, our emcee, DISC expert and sales trainer, always brings a jolt of energy and drops those real-talk knowledge bombs that just hit home every time. (How does he do it?!)
  • Sales Training Master, Nick Points, always goes deep makes sure everyone has those a-ha moments. 5 Pre-Requisites, anyone?
  • Premium Marketing Director, Brandi Rogers, brought a wealth of marketing info on site health, and automations and KPIs (oh my!)
  • Operations Consultant, Dan Martin, always impresses with his streamlining savvy. The guy just knows how to get the knots out.
  • Our sponsors, as always, were incredible–delivering wisdom and winning solutions on everything from cloud storage to cybersecurity to showing ConnectWise who’s boss. A million thank yous to CorKat, Coro, SonicWall, Samurai Sync, FocusPlanit, Resplendent Data, BreachSecureNow, and BroadVoice!
  • And last but not least, a massive shout-out to D&H Distributing for hosting us in their incredible facility. They truly made our jobs a breeze. (Inquiring minds need to know: Did anyone dare to try the curly slide??)
