CharTec welcomes Dan Martin as its Director of Operations. No stranger to CharTec Academy, Dan will now support CharTec using his expertise in reporting, metrics, and dashboarding. He will maintain his roles at ConnectSMART and his thriving farm while joining the CharTec team.

Academy Veteran

Dan has participated in the CharTec Academy for years. At each event, he teaches sessions on tracking technicians in real-time, developing processes, and creating scalable businesses. He counsels Members on their unique struggles during roundtables and individual meetings. Every evening, Dan hosts the popular whiskey and cigar bar for attendees to kick back and swap war stories.

Operations Expert

Outside of Academy, Dan has supported CharTec’s MSP, ARRC Technology, for over a decade. He began working hands-on to revamp the company in late 2018 because he saw opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and profitability at the organization. Working directly with the NOC, Dan’s efforts resulted in 100% customer satisfaction for over 90 days running. He also drastically reduced time to ticket resolution and project length utilizing more effective tracking and accountability.

Dan will now introduce many of these same principles at CharTec. He will also launch a new Operations Premium program to round out CharTec’s existing Marketing and Sales Premium programs. This offering will include access to Dan’s ConnectSMARTsoftware in addition to personalized consulting and direct implementation. Early access seats for the Premium Operations program open September 1 and will continue through Academy.

CharTec is excited to capitalize on Dan’s experience in the channel, both running an MSP and serving MSPs through ConnectSMART. His unique ideas grounded in metrics will benefit ARRC Technology, CharTec, and all of its Members for years to come. Dan’s personality fits right in with the CharTec family, and we are proud to now officially call him a member of the herd.
